Phase 01

Build the application, approval and mobilisation foundation.
- 01Prepare documentation in line with skill-development industry requirements.
- 02Identify target states for the proposal.
- 03Prepare and submit the proposal with an end-to-end project-execution business plan.
- 04Liaise with Government Officers, Appraisal Agencies and MoRD / CTSA / STSA stakeholders.
- 05Achieve L1 and L2 shortlisting through strong documentation and project preparation.
- 06Prepare and deliver the PAC / Project Approval Committee presentation.
- 07Sign the MoU / Memorandum of Understanding, where applicable.
- 08Support timely release of funds.
- 09Prepare infrastructure in line with the defined SOP.
- 10Coordinate due diligence by Government Authorities or third-party agencies.
- 11Secure approval to commence training.
Phase 02
Run the project.
Deliver training, outcomes, assurance and financial closure.
